Easter Eclair Cake

 1 box honey graham crackers

2 large boxes vanilla instant pudding

5 cups milk

1 medium tub of Cool Whip

1 tub milk chocolate frosting

Line a cake pan with graham crackers.  Set aside.  Mix pudding mix and milk until thick.  Fold in Cool Whip.  Pour half of pudding over graham crackers.  Add a layer of crackers.  Pour 2nd half of pudding over graham crackers.  Add another layer of crackers.  Refrigerate for 2 hours.  Carefully spread frosting over top layer of graham crackers.  Refrigerate overnight.  Happy Easter!
