Beef in Wine Sauce

 3 lbs. of sirloin steak, cut in 1/4 inch strips

2 Tablespoons of flour

2 cans creamy onion soup

2 cups of Burgundy wine

Season meat to taste.  Dredge strips in flour and brown in skillet.  Add wine and soup and stir.  Simmer covered.  Serve with noodles.  Serves 6 to 8 people.
