Salmon Bake

2 tsp. onion flakes

1/2 c. milk

8 oz. canned salmon, drained

2 slices bread, toasted and crumbled

1 Tbsp. celery flakes

2 tsp. mayonnaise

1 tsp. dry mustard


Preheat oven to 350. Place onion flakes in milk to moisten. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine other ingredients except paprika. Add & stir in milk mixture. Spoon mixture evenly into 2 1/2 cup casserole dishes. Sprinkle with paprika. Place in oven for 35 minutes or until brown crust forms around edges. Remove from oven and serve hot.
